Here are a few words of wisdom if you need a little push to stay on track with your fitness and nutrition goals… or really any aspect of your life that involves behavioral change.

If you only have 15 minutes to workout, thatās ok… do the 15 minutes! If you did that 6x a week, thatās 1.5 hours less time sitting on your š! Something is always better than nothingā¼ļø - AIM FOR PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION
Donāt be intimidated by challenging workouts. Yes, they are tough, but you can customize the workout to make it doable for you. Cut back on the number of circuits, reps or time and use any suggested regressions/modifications. We all start somewhereā¼ļø - SET EASILY ATTAINABLE WEEKLY GOALS
Set a small goal each week that you know you can achieve… make it almost too easy. Once you see yourself reaching these goals, you will have more confidence and motivation to keep going. The next week add something else. The meme below portrays this concept perfectly!š
